I’m Claire, a Kent-based motherhood, baby and family photographer.

I love capturing the SENTIMENTAL memories you deserve either in your home or at a location of your choice

Hi there

Meet Claire

I used to be a gig and festival portrait photographer and I also spent over 10 years working with children and young people before becoming a family photographer.

You’re in safe hands as I adore meeting and working with different families. I love interacting with little ones and getting down to their level to put them and even the most camera-shy family members at ease, to ensure you get the best possible pictures.

Ever since hanging up my festival wellies, it brings me even more joy to create most of my work in families’ homes or exploring outdoors.

I hope I get to meet and work with you soon.

My Ethos

Growing up my mum was always the picture taker and I sadly only have a handful of pictures of us together.

In the past I’ve been hesitant to appear front of the camera and since my FIRST-BORN arrived I’ve made a conscious choice to be present in the pictures with my family - it’s so important to be part of the memories that your family will look back on.

You might want to celebrate a special milestone in your child’s life such as sitting, walking, birthdays - or simply to freeze this time in your life, as ‘the now’ is always worth capturing.

Let me work with you to create beautiful pictures of you and your family.

the time when your children are small is so fleeting and when they’re grown, it’s so special that they’ll have beautiful memories to look back on of you together.

Does this sound like you?

Roaming the countryside or relaxing by the sea are my happy places

I grew up on a farm in the Suffolk countryside. After nearly two decades in London, I now live in Sevenoaks, Kent the town my partner grew up in with my little family. I’m a classically trained photographer having spent many happy years shooting on film and experimenting in the darkroom.

When I’m not taking portraits, I’m happiest with a cuppa, podcast and creating something - whether it’s hammering away on my latest upholstery project (which you’ll spot on my Instagram stories), binge-watching ‘Below Deck’ or learning Makaton signing with my little one.

Let’s work together

I’d love to capture whatever family means to you - whether it’s just you and your glorious bump, your other half, children, grandparents or pup.

I’d love to hear from you.
