This is a motherhood session so it is all about you - whether it’s just you and your glorious bump or any child/ren.

Please note, as sessions are short they are not suitable for baby's under four months old.

For sessions for newborns under four months, I like to allow plenty of time for milk breaks and changes etc.

Before and after your shoot has taken place, you are free to enjoy the gardens, adventure playground, maze and cafe until it closes at 5pm.

I love keeping a keen eye on the weather, so if it is looking inevitable that heavy rain will be making an appearance,

I’ll contact you by 8pm the evening before your mini session to postpone your shoot and contact you to arrange an alternative day.

If a date cannot be found either:

• you can use your session fee towards a session - family, newborn, maternity or mini session before the end of calendar year 2026.

• You’ll be offered a refund - please allow up to 10 working days for refund through my payment system

We only have 15 minutes together and unfortunately there won’t be time for full costume changes. However if you come dressed in a coat/ knitwear and want to remove a layer to get a different look that is totally fine.

However if you are looking for a session where you can have completely outfit changes, then one of my other longer session offerings may be for you. You can find details here.

Riverhill is multi-terrain garden so access varies across the site.

The location for the photography session is down six steps, along a gravel walkway and onto the lawn.

It is recommended that if you have a baby buggy, to leave it at the Ticket Office during the session and use a carrier/ sling to walk the 4 minutes to the shoot location.

As I’m always happy to discuss any requirements and alternative locations for the session within the grounds.

The £25 session fee is non-refundable, unless someone else is able to take your slot. However the fee is transferable to a friend (just let me know who) or towards either a future photography mini session or maternity, newborn, family or branding session with Claire Lacey Photography.

Please kindly let Claire know at the earliest opportunity if you can not make it at least 24 hours before, so your slot can be offered to someone else by emailing info@clairelaceyphotography.com.

After the shoot, Claire will hand edit your images and send you a link to your own secure private gallery, which will contain a mix of colour and black & white images.

As part of your session fee, you'll be able to choose 1 high resolution image to download and print as you wish.

Plus you'll have the opportunity to own additional digital images at £18 each or £149 for all the images in your gallery. Along with other print items and wall art that you can find in your gallery
